On July 1st, 2009, AROBS became a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner for the ISV competence (Independent Software Vendor). This partnership type represents the top level of all the forms of partnerships Microsoft establishes with IT&C companies. This certification has been renewed in March 2011.

Joining the elite group of Microsoft Gold Partners has been an important goal for AROBS Transilvania Software, as this status means recognition of our high level of expertise with Microsoft technologies and of the value and innovative aspects of our software solutions.

Microsoft Gold Certified Partners are the most experienced Microsoft partners, companies that have consistently provided high level professional solutions and demonstrated outstanding technical competencies.

“We’ve already proven our capabilities to our partners in time, but this Microsoft Gold Partner certification perfectly timed with AROBS' 11th anniversary certifies the high level of the applications and solutions delivered, as well as the professionalism of the AROBS specialists from all our offices in Cluj, Bucharest, Iasi, and Timisoara. This recognition also represents a first step in validating and certifying AROBS software applications on markets outside Romania, where our target is to become a provider of integrated solutions in the mobility and SaaS area” has declared Mr. Voicu Oprean, the General Manager of AROBS.

To become a Gold Partner we had several of our Microsoft solutions tested by Microsoft specialists and provided references from AROBS customers offered Microsoft solutions, and had a group of AROBS engineers become Microsoft Certified Specialists. AROBS become Microsoft Gold Partner as an Independent Software Vendor (ISV) and a provider of Mobility Solutions.

The Microsoft solutions provided by AROBS as basic services with monthly subscription are TrackGPS, a fleet management solution based on GPS/GPRS and Optimall by AROBS, a solution for sales force automation.

Both solutions are very successful on the Romanian market and currently used by over 500 companies.

On the International market, AROBS has over 15 clients and over 120 people working for these clients, in the outsourcing model. Coverage includes Europe, Canada and USA. In the next 2 years, the outsourcing development plan includes Scandinavia and the USA.

AROBS is also a Microsoft Silver Certified Partner for the Mobility competence.
