IT projects developed by the olympic children 'Creators of the Future' at AROBS

How would it be to find out everything about a book from a library shelf just by looking at it though the smart glasses from Google?

Split into four teams and coordinated by experts in business development, 15 students have learned in two days how to turn their ideas into innovative products or start-ups. The AROBS workshop was organized within the 'Creators of the Future' programme.

The applications have been conceived for gadgets that will shortly revolutionize mundane technology such as Google Glass, Oculus, the Pebbles smartwatches and Onyx beacons.

The four projects have veen evaluated by AROBS specialists and the winning team will get an opportunity to implement its project. We are talking about IdoBooks, the online platform for reading enthusiasts, which will also have an application for Google Glass. Youngsters will be mentored by Voicu Oprean, the CEO of the company from Cluj for software solutions and by Calin Sahleanu, Business Development Manager at AROBS.
