AROBS at CeBIT 2012!

AROBS exhibited at CeBIT Hannover for the 12th consecutive year, looking for partners from Western Europe, the United States and the Middle East.  Besides promoting our software outsourcing services on platforms that range from Android to Java and the Track GPS fleet management solution, our representatives also analyzed hardware components that could add value to the solutions we distribute in Romania, the Republic of Moldova, and Hungary.  For software development we aimed at attracting companies looking for a trustworthy partner that can provide seamless solutions and top software developers, while for Track GPS we seeked partnerships with suppliers and distributors across Europe and the Middle East.

Despite an obvious decrease in the number of exhibitors compared to what we saw in previous years, we managed to attract many visitors to our stand, mainly with our mobile and fleet monitoring solutions. We established over 20 promising contacts for our software development services and over 30 contacts for Track GPS. These prospects are mainly from Western Europe (Germany, Sweden, Spain, Italy), but the Middle East is also well represented (UAE, Iran. Iordania). Our goal for this event was to get at least two contracts for outsourcing and another two for Track GPS.

CeBIT is the largest ICT fair in the world and takes place between 6th-10th of March.  Besides AROBS, 15 Romanian IT companies presented their new products and services in the Romanian stand.

With more than 4,200 exhibitors from some 70 countries, CeBIT 2012 covered a wide range of topic areas and features, a wealth of solutions and new products.  The conferences drew a live audience of more than 3,000 people from over 100 different countries. In just five short days, CeBIT provided a panoramic view of the digital world's mainstay markets: ICT and Telecommunications, Digital Media also Consumer Electronics.
