At MWC for the second consecutive time

Present as an exhibitor at MWC Barcelona for the second consecutive year, AROBS drew significant benefits from its participation. First, our representatives identified at least ten companies that are highly interested in collaborating with AROBS in mobile application development projects. Second, the conference on Mobile Ads they attended briefed our specialists on the most recent developments in mobile application monetization. Finally, the AROBS engineers identified important trends and developments that can help our company capitalize on the important and countless opportunities to expand and improve its services and mobile solutions.

Of these trends, we mention the obvious growth in popularity of white label devices and the rapidly increasing number of small mobile device manufacturers. To our surprise, some high end but moderately priced models of devices from small manufacturers seemed more elegant and modern to us than those exhibited by big players like Apple or Samsung.

As expected, the promise of increased mobility is luring corporations into replacing web based Intranets and internal applications with modern, user friendly, and highly effective mobile solutions. Another aspect worthy of attention is that Ubuntu decided to enter the mobile market.

MWC 2013 attracted more than 72,000 attendees from 200 countries with conferences, networking opportunities, and product showcases and over 1,700 companies that showcased their organisations. The conferences featured speakers from leading brands in industries touched by the mobile market such as the American Heart Association, AT&T, China Mobile, CNN Digital, Deutsche Telekom, Ericsson, GM, Mozilla, Nokia, and Vodafone.
