Channel Manager

The solution lets its users display room rates and availability information on the sales websites of their choice. Thus, customers can manage the exposure of their hotels to Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and travel agencies. Our solution automatically aggregates and updates room availability, rates, and bookings in real time, making separate adjustments on individual channels unnecessary. All this up to date information is also fed directly into the hotel Property Management System (PMS) from all the sales channels the customer subscribed to, eliminating the need for manual data entry. The solution offers full control on room availability through certain channels at certain moments of time. This enables the customers to sell as much as they can on the most profitable channels first and only then move on to the next groups of channels. This entire process can be programmed to run automatically, based on the algorithm provided by the customer. The channel management solution is interfaced with Booking.com, synXis, Hotel.de, Expedia, Guestlynx, Laterooms, Superbreaks, Venere, Roomgenie, Lastminute, Trust/Voyager, RatesToGo, Hotelbeds, HRS, Wotif, CentralR, IPTU MyPortal, Travelclick, ClassicBritish, CentralReservations.

Stats On Screen

Online and live statistics about the Finnish Hockey league. The project was meant to build a web application architecture able to generate and publish statistics on game events in real time. These statistics ca be displayed in different formats for different broadcasting operators (TV or IPTV), venue operators, journalists and game commentators. Thus, the statistics will and can be used in different media reporting sports events. There are virtually no limits to the type of queries that can be executed. Examples of queries: “When was the last time when team X was down by 2 goals in minute 23 but still won the game”; ?“When was the last time that player X accumulated 6 minutes of penalties?”. The statistics can contain different types of ads which can be displayed along with the message in the TV broadcast. The pilot project has been implemented for Ice-Hockey broadcasts from Finland. The solution can be easily customized for other sports (football etc.) and countries/leagues.

Accounting API

Accounting API is a Java application built to provide a flexible, expandable, and standardized bridge between the client’s specific application ( MIS/ERP systems) and 3rd party accounting systems : QuickBooks, Macola, Sage, MS Small Business Accounting and Tally. The main strength of the application is the possibility of using different 3rd party accounting systems by accounting type: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable , Human Resources and General Ledger.
