Precision + Independence + Flexibility
Come see for yourself if it’s true that the values that describe us are precision, independence, and flexibility.
As automotive engineers, our nature is rooted in precision. The software we create for the future of automotive in electric cars requires exactly this, precision.
Independence is crucial for us because we are millennials. Without independence, we cannot create. Hence, we needed a workplace that doesn’t just allow us but enables us to be independent. We believe that only independent thinkers can successfully collaborate.
Flexibility is essential to our mindset whether it comes to our work whether to our life.
500 automotive engineers internationally
While our office in Budapest is small, a fact that comes with a lot of benefits when it comes to the people, the team is part of a much bigger entity. AROBS’ automotive team consists of over 500 automotive engineers. Adding the other almost 500 people working on high-level technologies, the number of the whole team is reaching 1000 in offices in Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Republic of Moldova, Romania and Hungary.
